Cooperation Partners

At TVK Praktijk-Talent Voor Kwaliteit, we believe that sustainable change starts with collaboration. Over the years, we have worked with various partners to strengthen people, families and communities.
An important cooperation partner is CE Den Haag, an organization with an official ANBI status, which is committed to social development and self-reliance. Within this collaboration, TVK Praxis has guided members in a variety of areas – such as debt relief, eviction prevention, psychosocial support, and guidance in finding work or setting up your own business.

A special part of this collaboration is the commitment of the Volunteers of CE Den Haag. These volunteers fulfill a role as role models and leaders within their community. TVK Praktijk has professionally guided and supported them in the role of corporate social worker, so that they can carry out their responsibility in a resilient and balanced manner.

In addition, TVK Praktijk, in collaboration with Hope Against Hope, has carried out projects within the Social Support Act (WMO) through various municipalities. These projects were aimed at improving the quality of life for people in vulnerable situations, by guiding them towards self-reliance and social participation.

In cooperation with hope against Hope, CE Den Haag has also worked on programmes for children and young people, aimed at meaningful, educational day-filling. These activities were intended to support parenting, contributing to a more stable, richer social network for both young and old.
